ABOUT US
The Kho Kho Association of Delhi (KKAD), established in 2019, is an organization dedicated to promoting and enhancing the sport of Kho Kho in New Delhi. It is affiliated with the Kho Kho Federation of India and the Delhi Olympic Association. KKAD operates under the guidelines of the Kho Kho Federation of India and is registered as a society under the Societies Registration Act XXI, 1860, as per Registration No.S/2186/2019 KKAD dated 25th November 2019 by the Department of NCT Delhi.
Objectives and Activities
1. Promotion of Kho Kho: KKAD is committed to fostering the growth of Kho Kho at grassroots, district, and state levels, ensuring the sport’s development across New Delhi.
2. Sporting Excellence: The association focuses on achieving excellence at national and international competitions by providing training and support to elite athletes.
3. Talent Identification and Development: It conducts district and state-level tournaments to discover and nurture young talent. These events are organized in collaboration with district associations and KKAD training centers across Delhi.
4. Technical Training: KKAD holds technical examinations for qualified officials, ensuring the sport is officiated with high standards.
5. Disciplinary Responsibilities: The association oversees and enforces discipline among district bodies and training centers under its jurisdiction.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Shri Sudhanshu Mittal , President of the Kho Kho Federation of India (KKFI) and the International Kho Kho Federation , for his steadfast support and exemplary leadership on the global stage. His commitment to the growth of Kho Kho worldwide has elevated the sport, providing invaluable guidance and opportunities for athletes. At KKAD, we deeply value his enduring support and significant contributions to the Kho Kho community.
I also wish to acknowledge the invaluable contributions of Shri M.S. Tyagi , our General Secretary, whose dynamic leadership has been a cornerstone of the association’s growth and success. Additionally, I am confident that Shri Jitender Tyagi , our Treasurer, will play a pivotal role in shaping the future successes of KKAD.
